Late Arrivals

If you arrive late without notice, we will have to shorten the appointment time but charge the original price. All bookings will end at their scheduled time to not delay our next client.

 

Appointment Cancellation / reschedule or 'no show'

Your hair / beauty appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours (about 2 days) in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and 'no shows' appointments cost us precious time and money. Therefore, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, you will be charged the full price of the service. Any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid.

 

Scheduling Appointments

Pre-booking your next appointment before you leave the salon is highly recommended to ensure appointments availability.

 

Health Conditions

When making appointments, please notify us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies or if you are pregnant.

 

Children Safety

For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are only permitted in the service area while the parent is receiving the service. We hope you understand that we cannot assure, and are not responsible for, the safety of your children. The comfort of our clients is of upmost importance to us. We cannot allow for anything that might compromise their relaxation time.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used for salon treatments. Please note gift vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months of the date of issue. Out of date Gift vouchers will not be accepted.
